Celebrations

The dictionary defines celebration as “to praise something publicly or make it famous.” At The Vineyard we come together each weekend to do exactly that: praise God and publicly honor His name.

Because of who God is and all He has done, we always have a reason to celebrate Him. We gather as a community each week with an expectation that He will show up also. As we gather, our desire is that He will transform, equip and encourage us as we seek Him and open our lives up to His truth.

The songs sung, the truth taught from God’s word, the hot coffee and warm hearts, the ministry of prayer, and the people all play a part in shaping each celebration. But most importantly, each celebration is influenced by the presence of God Himself and the movement of His Holy Spirit.  Our prayer for each celebration is, “Father, let your Kingdom come! Welcome Holy Spiriit.”
